4. Ladder Drills -- Do Each 2x down and back: 2 Foot Shuffle, Step In and Out, Ali Shuffle, Two Right, One Left

1. Plank -- Perform 2x for 30 Seconds Each

2. Side Plank -- Perform 2x for 30 Seconds Each Side

Two Right, 1 Left going down, and Two left, 1 right coming back.
